Her knowledge, kindness, compassion, and gentle spirit came through and allowed for beautiful shares, revelations, and integrations. I came into the circle with a lot knowledge about self-care and was able to explore deeper and learn even more about myself and the importance of self-care. The sacred space that was created allowed for a beautiful connection between all of us in the circle; it fostered a place to feel heard, held, respected, and seen.
